Timken Expansion

This project included a 3-lot subdivision and the development of an approximately 24,000 square foot commercial/industrial building to serve the Timken Company, a bearing manufacturer. Timken occupied an existing building on the property and needed space to expand their business. The third parcel has been cleared and prepped for development and has been permitted for an additional 20,000 + square foot building.

Piper Family Dentistry

The Piper Family Dentistry building is a small family owned/operated medical office building located in the Barkley Neighborhood in Bellingham. The project required land use and building permits as well as frontage and utility improvements.

Mixed Commercial/Industrial

The Marine Drive Business Park is a large mixed commercial/industrial Business Park located on Mercer Avenue, off Marine Drive in the Bellingham UGA. The property, approximately 12.5 acres in size, was divided into 8 building lots/pads, with new road and utility infrastructure, and was subsequently developed with over 130,000 square feet of new commercial/industrial lease space.

Waterfront Redevelopment

DescriptionThe 1010 C Street site is located on the Whatcom Waterway across from the Granary and WayPointe Park. Within the marine trades area of the Waterfront District, the property has 3 separate commercial buildings with 170' of pier along the Waterway. Redevelopment of this property includes a 6,400-square-foot marine retail supply business, a co-working office space, a brewery and tap room, and a planned future caretaker unit with additional retail space.
