Church Hill Ranch Long Subdivision
Church Hill Ranch is an 82-lot single family subdivision developed in the City of Ferndale off Sievers Way. The project includes a PUD to address necessary flexibility in zoning regulations. Lot sizes range from 4,000 – 8,000 sq ft and are all intended for detached single family development. The property, approximately 28 acres, was an undeveloped pasture located between two existing neighborhoods, and was developed to connect these neighborhoods, and to include new public streets and utilities, two new parks, a trail system, and significant critical areas preservation and mitigation. The subdivision is complete and there are approximately 20 homes sold or under construction at this time.

Woodbury Long Subdivision
The Woodbury Subdivision is a 19-lot single family subdivision located off Deemer Road in Bellingham. The project includes new public streets and utilities and a critical areas preservation area. All 19 homes in this subdivision have been constructed and sold to new families.

Semiahmoo Shores Subdivision
The Semiahmoo Shores Subdivision is a 46-unit zero-lot line single-family development located on the Semiahmoo Spit in Blaine, WA. The project was developed in phases, with the construction of new public and private roads and utility infrastructure, followed by the build-out and sale of all 46 units.

Park Slope
The Park Slope project is a new mixed housing form subdivision in the King Mountain Neighborhood. Located on a unique site at the intersection of two arterial streets and bound by critical areas, the 21-lot project includes 10 new single-family lots intended for detached homes, as well as 11 new townhomes, also subdivided into individual lots. A new public road, frontage improvements, open space preservation, and future phases are all incorporated into the development plan. This project blends infill housing forms and traditional single-family lots into a single new community.
