1300 McKenzie, Fairhaven Lofts/1305 Larrabee, The Gallery Apartments
Urban Village
The Fairhaven Lofts and Gallery Apartments are two adjacent multi-family apartment projects located on 13th Street in the Fairhaven Urban Village. The Lofts is a 3 story, 40-unit apartment with on-site parking garage, permitted in 2017, and the Gallery is a 3 story, 10 unit apartment that fills out the block, permitted in 2020. Together these projects improved the abutting streets with new curb, gutter and sidewalk. The Gallery was developed with no on-site parking.

The Tremezzo Apartments and Crossridge Development constitute a large scale, residential, mixed housing form project, which began construction in 2017 with 80 apartment units in 3 buildings, a 4th, 60 unit apartment building in 2020, 30 detached single family homes currently under construction, and planned development of 22 townhouses and a 150+ unit apartment by 2028. The property encompasses over 45 acres, with a final design density of over 340 units in for rent and for sale housing forms. The project includes subdivision, dedication and construction of over 1,500 feet of new public City road and utilities, and preservation of over 30 acres of forested wetlands and open spaces.

Urban Village
The Velo Apartments is a 4-story, 14-unit multi-family apartment located in the commercial core area of the Fountain Urban Village. The building incorporates a mix of studio, 1 bed and 2 bed rental units, a street-front commercial space, and parking off the alley. The building incorporates several unique design components, including parking reduction mitigation measures and a large mural on the building’s blank wall. The site was previously developed with a single-family residence, which was relocated 8 blocks to a vacant lot and then sold to a new homeowner.

1818 D Street, Maritime Heritage Apartments
Urban Village
The Maritime Heritage Apartments is a 4 story, 128-unit multi-family apartment located in the residential transition area of the Downtown District Urban Village. The building spans a ½ block, and incorporates a mix of studio, 1 bed and 2 bed rental units, including walk up units on both street frontages and a large under building garage. On-site amenities include a gym, library/game room, a 2nd story interior courtyard, and a roof deck with commanding views of the Bay and Mountains. The site was previously developed with two single story office buildings; the Graham Pharmacy building was a historically significant glass and steel building, representing the Miesian architectural style. A bronze plaque tribute to this building, the owners and the architectural style is located on the building wall along the D St sidewalk.
